Strange interface bug. [704]

This is easy to accomplish. Bring up Task Manager, and put it on the corner of ZC that is in Large mode. Now select ZC, and two things happen: ZC's GUI overlaps Task Manager, but not the window, causing Task Manager to visually glitch while refreshing. Also, it gets annoying, because Task Manager's scroll bars and buttons can be selected while working in ZC. Eventually, this might lead to a crash wile working this way.

So yeah, Task Manager should be over ZC when it is selected.

Task manager is special in that it docks over all other windows, or at least, is suppose to. How windows are stacked, and to which window input is directed, is completely under the control of Microsoft Windows, and not us. Send a bug report to MS.
