Click Tools > Scripts > Import ASM Item Script OR Import ASM Global Script.
Both commands lead to the dialog box showing "Choose Slot And Name" as the title. It is not centered.
Unlike the Import ASM FFC Script command.

Didn't look carefully. Sometimes bugs that are unreported can be fixed... 😮 Now it's something to be confirmed.
