For some reason smallscreen ZQ doesn't like to quit on my computer. I hit exit, save, etc, then it just goes white and sits there. I've tried Ctl-Alt-Deleting, and whenever I hit end now, it just doesn't do anything. (I should point out that my computer sucks, and this force quit thing happens occasionaly with other programs.)
But yeah, I've resorted to restarting my computer.
Anyone else have this issue? Any particular thing that seems to trigger it?
Yeah I have had this issue also.
I've had this problem, and traced it to the Allegro call that resets the video mode back to normal on program exit. Trying to change the video mode more than once per program execution apparently is highly buggy - sometimes it works fine, sometimes it crashes, and sometimes it hangs. I've reported the problem three times to the allegro.cc folks in the past, and received no useful response.
