If you do this, and click either OK or Cancel, then return to the game, the Disabled items in the DMap will no longer be disabled.

Not sure that this is a bug. The cheat console is there to give yourself items. Shouldn't cheating override DMap item disabling? Thoughts, anyone?
I believe it is a wonderful idea. You leave it as it is. Will disable again if going to another screen though, so you will have to go in that dialog every time.
Or you can fix this up and add an 'Override DMap Item Disabling' command as part of L3 cheats and it is a checking command. If left checked, disabled items can still be used even when you go to another screens.
