Access Link Data. Any tab you select except Constants, if you get out of Link Data and go back to it, normal. Returns to Equipment tab.
But if you click the Constants tab, get out and go back, you see two tabs active. Equipment and Constants. And you see the contents in the Constants tab.

Constants are just for view but please read post #1 to reproduce.

Fixed.
Now whatever tab you were viewing before closing, open that Link Data again and you will see the tab you last viewed.
Confirmed fixed in 697!
