I was using Large Mode when this happened, but I'm not sure if it's only in Large Mode... Anyway, if you place a flag on the very edge of one screen and then try to place a flag on the screen next to it, you will notice that the flags you placed on the other screen will appear on the new screen, but you will not be able to do anything to them.

Screenshot please? I might be misinterpreting what you are saying.
It's not a bug. You can't edit screens that are shown in the "adjacent screen preview" areas. They are just for show to help you line up stuff.

See what I'm trying to say? The flag from the other screen is copying itself onto the screen I are currently on. Those flags shown on the screen I am currently on in the screenshot, are the "Ghosts". 😉
