== Read This Before Submitting A Quest. ==

I'm still getting a "Could not add quest" error with the second link. Is there a character limit in any of the fields? Is there a size limit on screenshots, and are screenshots required?

Success! My quest has been submitted.

Not sure exactly what the issue was though, but Saffith's second link worked. Interestingly enough, removing the "+" sign from the Quest title seemed to fix it. I also removed the entire description to see if it was a character limit thing. It worked, I will update the info later, if that is a thing here on this quest database. Thanks to everyone who offered help.
