Primitives as in Screen->Line and such, that is.
Primitives on layer 3 are drawn above Overhead combos
If you draw a primitive on a layer does it normally cover what is on that layer (I think this is the case, but have done limited tests) If so, then I would think Overhead combos are set to act as if they are on Layer 3 and there is no problem. (If I'm totally off base just ignore this)

So doesn't it make it a bug in that primitives on layer 3 which should be drawn below layer 4.5 are still drawn above overhead combos?
