Buying bomb ammo doesn't give you the ability to use bombs.

I just made a test quest in Build 613 (Mac OS X): Started with 0 bombs, 0 bombs max. I went to the upgrade guy, paid my rupees, and got 4 bombs. I was able to use them right away.

I would believe this bug is fixed, but I wish for someone else to confirm.

If anyone wants the test quest I made...well, I guess email will have to do. I can't seem to find a way to attach the quest to the post.

Wait, Bomb Ammo?

You can't use Bomb Ammo until you have the Bomb item, for the same reason that you can't use Arrow Ammo until you have the Arrow item.
