The sound of the note is different. Playing back with a player software is OK but playing back in ZQ and ZC, ignores instrument: Drawbar Organ.
Any ways to fix that?

Sounds like synth drums: snare to me. I'm not sure Drawbar Organ is supported by general midi.
Question: Are you using a 3rd party plug-in or DXI synth of any sorts?
i agree with Gleeok. your not using standard GM (general midi) instruments
What you have to understand is that MIDI is an entirely unstandardized music format. Instruments will sound different from machine to machine and sound card to sound card. It's frustrating to both musicians and developers, but nothing can be done on our end.
