Pressing 'B' to rebuild the translucency tables still brings up the little dialogue box, but nothing happens.
Pressing 'B' in ZQuest (Translucency Bug)
Did you recently open up Tiles and worked with sprite Csets? I know this happens in beta 12(Old beta, I know, but it has enough for what I'm working on now), but it might have migrated all the way to here.
Very probably.
EDIT: Yes, this is when it happens.
After playing around with this, I can't seem to find the cause of it.
It's not what Linkus said, because I've tried that, along with quite a few other things, but it does seem to have some relevance to the tilesheet.
After working in the tilesheet for a reasonable period of time, 9/10 times the transparency in ZQuest will be wrecked, and the 'B' button will bring up the normal dialog box, but will not fix it. I'm afraid I can't find a more specific cause.
OK, after looking further into this it's to do with when you grab from a file, then using the recolouring tool (pressing R) and the Pal tool (pressing P) to put it in different colours.
Open up a quest with transparent layers, go to the tile editor. Grab a file, and then press 'R' and 'P' a few times while you're looking at it, then grab a tile. Go back to the transparent layers, and they should be discoloured, and pressing 'B' should do nothing.
Sorry for the triple post.
Uh, any progress on this? I'm still feeling it in 842.
Still present in 864. Joe123's conditions are correct.
This bug has been there forever I think, I remember it being in 2.10 too...
Pl0x fixz!
Confirmed for 901.
It's funny... I think someone has fixed this recently. Pressing 'B' now has some effect.
It works to start with, then if you use the recolouring tool whilst grabbing tiles it stops.
Yeah. Its still sort of there in 946. The B key does seem to have some effect (very little though), but the colors are still wildly screwed up, and usually far worse than they were before you hit the B key.
Example:

http://www.questwizard.net/misccrap/zqbkeygrabbug-002.png - After using the R and P keys in the grabber, then when I hit B, that's what I get. Eww...
