I don't know for sure that this is a bug, but it seems so:

As you can see, Link tiles looks fine in zquest, but in zelda-w (the little window) link is screwed up. This however is only in some tilesets. Others are fine. This happens with ALL of the link tiles and not just the expanded ones...

D'oh! That might be it! x.x, lemme check. Yep, that was it. Its the small shield. (clear things up - I took a look at the quest to see if it was a mistake on his part, and I didn't catch the small shield thing)
