I played a 1.90 quest that has the View Map rule ON. But in this build, I cannot view the map by pressing spacebar (default key, changeable in key buttons dialog found in Settings menu). I played "Darknut Wars."

1.90 and below - Can't view map
1.92 b183 - Can
2.10 - Can

Which quest?

I am playing "Darknut Wars." Get the quest at http://www.freewebs.com/exate Click the Triforce "ZC Quests" then click Darknut Wars to download.

I was able to view it in 2.11 b10b.
