The changes to the Wizzrobes in the enemy editor causes the Windrobes to now fire in 8 directions if the quest was made in 2.10. It is no more than one of the misc datas getting set when it shouldn't. Build 536.
The quest I've seen the bug in, but you need to get to level 6 to see the bug.
