check boxes do not save when clicking done, and the new View map

Funny, I'm not getting the dmap checks problem.
I set up a new dmap and it all saved perfectly.
The problem only happens if you check the last checkbox (view map, I think).
so, does this new check box, view map, allow you to use the map on dmaps with numbers other than 0 now?
