I am not exactly sure if this has anything to do with the cset fix itself, but here's the problem. In the past if you place a tile down on a blank screen, it will fill it up with gray tiles that will be changed to the proper colors if you do a cset fix. Now, the rest of the screen turns black and the cset fix doesn't fill in the screen with the desired colors which means you have to put your tile/combos on every part of the screen.
If that's not clear enough, look at this page in Alphadawg's tutorial on how he makes the screen with the maze path: http://www.ermock.com/zctutorial/chapter2/index.html
EDIT: Also wanted to add in this was using the new classic default set.
The new default tile set uses a blank combo for combo 0 (the tile referenced is filled with color 0 instead of color 1). This is not a bug, but rather due to a change in the default tileset. It should still work for other tilesets that it used to work on before.
I've fixed the combo page in the next build.
It's not a bug. Instead of clicking once then doing a color set fix to make the rest of the combos on the page be the same color, do a ctrl-click to do a fill instead.

OK, that's what I was missing. I knew there had to be a better way to do that. Thanks.
