Introduction story and All of Treasures scroll-up glitches [434]

After playing any quest and reset the system, then you'll see the title screen. After that, the story and All of Treasures scroll-up glitchy.

To see this bug:
1. Scroll-up not glitchy at the moment. START. Load any quest.
2. Reset the system.
3. Wait for the scroll-up after the title screen. Now it is glitchy.

Apparently, the Linux build 467 will still have that glitch because there is no issue in shardstorm.com. But I cannot test them, only Windows.

Have you committed the change yet?

I don't see the glitch anymore in 473. Dead bug.
