When I get the small bomb bag and use a bomb I lose a bomb and a half second later I get a bomb back. Making the small bomb bag infinite.

That should only happen if Misc. 1 and Misc. 2 are set to something.
Possibly fixed...
Bug still exists in 443.
Try going to the Misc. 1 and Misc. 2 items, and hitting "Default".
