[Unreleased build 398] ZC freezes when loading 1st

For all builds >=398, ZC freezes when you press Start to play First Quest and several other quests. What's up with zc.suo?

zc.suo is the Visual Studio solution file (the MS equivalent of the makefile.)
I added it to the repository for jman's use; as I don't believe anyone else still uses MSVC, feel free to remove it from the repository. (as well as the .vcproj files).

Debugging indicates that ZC never leaves the infinite loop in startwpn(). Investigating...

Startwpn()? Do you mean selectWpn()?
