In 354, the Level 2 bow doesnt' seem to increase arrow speed.
L.2 Bow doesn't work
So, uh, what's the Power value of the L2 Bow?
Uh, let me check. Are the item properties resetting from version to version?
The bow won't work if it has a power of 0. Try setting it to 3.😉
What's the status of this bug?
Seems to work now. The L2 bow works once you set power to 3.
