Wand Magic don't use the right tiles, I have the Tiles in Quest>Graphics>Sprites
set to what I want to use, and all I get are two fire graphics, the fire from the
Wand, which is not right and the actual fire it supposed to create when it hits
something, which that is right.

Are you setting the Wand item's Weapon 3 graphics and the Book item's Weapon 1 graphics?

all is set to what it should be, and it don't work

Wand is set to Magic (normal) and the book is set to flame, and it still don't work.
and all my tiles are correct, as I stated above.

Everything is behaving as expected. The Magic Book's item properties include having Weapon 1 set to Magic (Fire), and ZC is thus using Magic (Fire) as the magic sprite when firing the wand with the book.

what about on Z1 when you fired the Wand, you saw the Waves from the wand,
then when it hit something then it made the flame.

Right. Magic Sprite is that "wave" - the sprite of the wand magic before it hits an object. The actual flame sprite is set elsewhere - in the Flame weapon data, I believe.

that's what I mean, I have the Wand set to use the Magic sprite, and the
book to use the Fire, but all I get is the Fire Sprite for both.

I'm afraid there's still confusion: the sprite of the fire that appears after the wand hits an object is *not* determined by any item property, neither the wand's nor the book's. Instead, it uses the same sprites as the candle fire, ie, the sprites set up for the Flame under Sprites->Weapon/Misc.

The Wand's item property determined what sprite will be used for wand *magic* if Link does not have the book. If Link has the book, the wand magic sprite uses the Book's item property instead.
