I want a 3rd wallet to make Rupees infinite, but getting the 500 or 999 wallet
does it regardless, and nothing is checked anywhere, and the counter is set to
my 3rd wallet, as the infinite item.

Okay! The bug is that an unknown force has changed the Power attribute of your Wallets to 1, 2 and 3 respectively. Please check to confirm this, then set them back to 0. Also tell me if it recurs (because I sense that it won't).
ok didn't check but the 2nd wallet's power was for some reason 3 and not 2, like you stated, but I changed it. and will see if it reverts.
