Again with my 2.10 quest, I was in a room with a Ghoma 4 and I had the gold arrows... and I couldn't kill it. I hit it probably over 10 times or so before I just gave up and decided to report it. It would look like it was taking damage but it's HP must be insanely high all of the sudden.

I don't think the L4 Gohma's HP is the problem. I believe it won't die when you shoot it with golden arrows, because the power of the golden arrow is somehow set to 0.
Yes ladies and gentlemen, we have another item property bug. Fixed in the next build.
The gold arrow works great now in a 2.10 quest - tested again in build 378.
