What type of music does Zquest support?
Music Types
Midi.
It can also support some other alternative media such as mp3s but they won't be embedded in the quest and must be included with the quest file making it a size issue for some.
Does it only support MIDIs and mp3s?

No, it also supports .MOD, .S3M, .XM and .IT (all as tracker music, like MP3).
Right, thanks!
