Save data corruption (b339)

I'm only guessing that's what's happening. Basically, sometimes save files seem to corrupt themselves. When this happens, all enemies become invincible (they can still be stunned; I think all my weapons are going to power 0), and all weapons use wooden sword tiles. Arrows do not fly anywhere but just sit on the ground. In both cases this has happened to me, I've been transferring my zc.sav file from the earlier builds since, well, it's a pain to replay everything every time a new build comes out (I'd never play any lategame levels!). Actually, come to think about it, it seems to happen when you save a file that was last saved on a different build, though before you save the file it works fine. I know it's a problem with the save data because I can use the same quest to make a new file which then works perfectly fine no matter how much you save it.

If you need me to put up any files to demonstrate this, I'd be happy to.

Sure, please do.

Also, what kind of jump caused this problem? Did you just upgrade builds, or entire betas? I know that there are several betas which are no longer backwards compatible with previous betas.

It's jumps from one build to another. The most recent problem came from b332 to b339 I think, though I can't really be sure that the build changing is the cause (it's just a guess).

This is my zc.sav:

I'm also pretty sure I haven't changed the quest since the last time I posted it here. It's the same quest I used in the thread in which I was concerned that my potions were broken when really my item properties got quite jumbled.

The first two files on zc.save are both messed up. The first file is older, and the second one is the most recent problem. The third file is just a dummy test file that is of no concern. If you don't see the bugs, then clearly my guess that it's the save data that's corrupting is wrong though certainly something is going very wrong.
