Minor Braclet Flaw

Its a minor bug actually, but the Bracelet 2 is flagged to be used only once per screen by default. It can be fixed in the item editor, but I think it should be usable multiple times per screen by default. Should be an easy fix.

Note: This was in a 2.10 quest loaded into Build 318. I don't think that had anything to do with the flagging of the Braclet 2 since the Bracelet 1 was not flagged.

In Build 319, I noticed that Misc Flag 1 was checked for Bracelet 3 (which was Bracelet 2 in 2.10). The developers must have checked it by mistake. :shrug:
And remember, what used to be Bracelet 1 in 2.10 is now Bracelet 2, since they added a new Bracelet 1, called a Worn-out Glove.
