I'm not even sure if this is a bug, or if it's been reported before, but there seems to be a black like along the bottom and right sides of the screen

most likely you need to adjust your monitor settings to make it fill the screen.

Dude, that's the game screen. As in, I took a screenshot via F12 in ZC, so that's what it looks like regardless of resolution

no, you will have to move the screen right a few pixels a down a few pixels to center it then you will need to stretch it a bit both horizontally and vertically so as to make it fill the screen.
if its only present in screenshots then ok =\ it's a bug.

It's in the actual program, too. However, it does disappear when you scroll between screens. It's like, the bottom and right pixels just aren't drawn when you're on one screen...

If the lines appear in only the screenshots, then the game is merely taking screenshots in a resolution 1x1 pixels too big. At least that makes sense.
no, it's not limited to screenshots.

Very minor, but must be fixed, because bugs are... admit it... evil! 😞
