Some might consider this good, but it's not. I am currently playing TLoZ on my Wii's Virtual Console. It is the same as the NES version, and I just noticed that when I open the subscreen, whatever is on A and B vanishes. They reappear when the subscreen is closed. ZC does not do this, not even in 1st.qst. Thus, this is a Z1 inconsistency.
Build 254- TLoZ inconsitency- Items do not vanish when subscreen is opened
...could this be a problem with the virtual console?
If we implment this bug(Bet you never thought you'd say that), do we also put in the "Enter-Exit-Enter first dungeon->Unlocked door bug"?

I will check with both the ROM and GBA versions that I have to confirm this.
I wouldn't rely too much on the VC games as they have been altered.
(Hopes Starfox64 will be on it soon.)

Ummm.. Yes, because that was a bug in TLoZ, and so not having it in would make ZC's first quest be inconsistent with TLoZ. :O
that first door in the first dungeon had that bug in it in zc 1.90 (or im 99% certain it was)
I think it was a similar bug. I believe that the ZC bug was that if you warped into a dungeon, the south door of the entrance screen would automatically be open.
o_O i thought that this bug was always for some period of time in ZC... maybe my memory is a little too fuzzy?
The A and B items now disappear when you bring down the subscreen in 528, so is this then "fixed"?
