Here's an interesting question. Why do certain carnival rides require 2 people to ride? Such as the Zipper. It sucks especially when I'm at some carnival places at fairgrounds by myself when I find a very fun ride I would like to go on that would require 2 people to ride. I would have to walk around asking someone to ride with me.

What kind of carnival do you go to? I've never in all my years of theme park/carnival going ever had this happen.
My guess, would be to distribute the weight evenly. But by god, the Zipper is a hell of a lot of fun. 😛 By far my favorite ride.
