When I open ZQ in fullscreen mode, I get greeted by a screen similar looking to this:

If I use "Z" to take a screenshot, the screenshot comes out clean, like it was drawing correctly, but on screen I see totally different.
In windowed mode, only the rightmost 32 pixels show up. The rest is black.
Also, when I exit, in either windowed or fullscreen mode, my mouse cursor disappears completely for several seconds to a minute after ZQ closes out. All the previous builds work fine, so its gotta be somethin in this one screwing it up.
Here's my system specs:
Manufacturer: Got all the parts and built it myself.
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3500+ ~2.21GHz
Memory: 1GB Dual Channel DDR (Kingston)
Video Cards: 2X nVidia GeForce 7600GS 512MB PCI-E (SLi Mode)
Monitor: 19in. Acer AL1916 LCD (1280x1024x32)
Sound Card: RealTek AC'97 Onboard (Note: Sound no longer works in ZC because Windows deleted every codec and mixer device on my system. I reinstalled as many as possible without reformatting, but it still doesn't work.)
Operating System: Windows XP Home (5.1 Build 2600) SP1 (no WGA or any crap like that)
