i opened had a look around and turned on the "fix dungeon position" and "fast text message" rules and saved it... during the save it crapped out and crashed with a generic "this program has caused an error" crap.
edit: it does it every time... however... the file doesn't actually get saved.... meaning the rules i ticked remain un-ticked and i can still open the quest... soooo its not saving it at all.
edit 2: it may be that it crashes no matter what whenever i save.
