This one was weird. The overworld map isn't working right. Look at this picture:

It is only showing one screen of the area that I had just walked across. The rule for overworld map is on, dmap is on overworld, level is on 0, everything is working good except it isn't showing me the overword that I had just walked on. The only screen it shows is the starting screen.
Edit: I noticed that the picture isn't that good. The X mark (where I am at, is at the right corner of the picture showing that I am obviously on the white screens and it just isn't showing.
just curious...
are those screen marked "treat as dungeon" by any chance?
Nope, none of them are. This bug is weird, something must be messing with the overworld map as I went into 20 other screens and none of them are showing the overworld map, just that screen that you start on.
I went back through several pages of bug reports....
There doesn't seem to be much interest in fixing them, but I see a lot of posting by Jman and "L" in the scripting forum.
I don't think there is much point in adding more pages to the bug reports at this point, they don't seem interested in fixing them, and the only way to find bugs is to actively build on my quest, which I'm now afraid would be nothing but a waste of time, since the next beta will probably destroy what progress I make, so I'm going back into retirement until they decide to start fixing the bugs that people are taking the time and making the effort to report.
Getting fed up with it again.
Still a problem in (116).
Look, I just want you to know that even if this IS a bug, it's not something that you (or the editor) did. In ZQuest, for some odd reason, it seems to treat the map as an external image, thus you must hit Spacebar to bring up the load menu. Press okay on it and your map is reloaded, with all your changes. Still, it should be changed to where it ALWAYS brings up that "Map Load" thing when you click on View Map, whether you loaded it already or not. I don't think it's a bug, but I could be wrong (and I probably am).
But the thing is, it isn't in Zquest, it is a bug in Zelda Classic, pikaguy900. I only have one dmap in my game and it is a overworld map on level 0. It only shows the first screen even though I obviously went to every single screen on the map.
