Going off memory, these are the ones I remember seeing in my Mii Parade:
-Kuwabara
-Link
-Simon Belmont
-David Bowie (I think)
-Not sure about other Musicians
-Keanu
-Hurman
-Skeleton (like the first one I got :P)
-Old Jerk
-Old Hag
-You (I think)
-Brat
-Boxer Z
-John

Those are the only ones I remember seeing. There might have been more, but I definately know the majority of the ones I didn't list I never got.

Nice work Warlock. I haven't done any lately myself, but I hope you guys got either my Beatles or some of the cross-dressers I created. I hope to create some more celebrities next week...

As for the south park characters I managed to make Cartman quite successfully, he just has large pupils. Cartman and Stan are the only 2 that will work at all though it seems.

Edit:
Well since I was bored I took pictures of all my Miis so I can post them online. To give people some inspiration to make some, give people ideas on who to make or if anyone wants one of mine I can give it over (since I dont think most of my miis are parading for some reason) anyways yea, here they are.
