Music Bug

Sometimes, in Zelda Classic the music wont play, but the SFX works fine. I found 1way to fix it, play music in windows media player..... Does anyone have a music file with no sound in it that still plays?

Confirmed, this happens completely randomly. Sometimes the music starts after a few seconds, sometimes it doesn't start at all.

What kind of music? MIDI or something else?
Is it one particular music that never plays, or does it sometimes play and sometimes not?

Either play the Lost Woods in ZQ or check your SW Volume volume controls. That's the only ways I've heard to fix this.

Then this isn't really a ZC bug but a limitation on an operating system?
I've had this happen in other programs, for example my easy cd creator won't open a file if my media player is open.
I believe it's a shared DLL problem.

Devs,
Bug or no bug?

Koopa said he might look into it but I'm not optimistic. It sounds like a problem with Windows/the third-party sound libraries.

Nah it still happens it's just totally random. It may have to do with stacking multiple DMAPS on one screen, especially if they use different midis. When I think about it, it's those screens that I seem to encounter it on.
