I know this is a stupid Question, but I can't find the arrows. I have looked everywhere I can think of twice, but I can't find them. Can any one help?
Unofficial third quest help!
They are in Level 2. Push a block in the room with the Aquamentus.

You're welcome. Just remember to try to push every block in every room
