This has nothing to do with tyhe quest editor but how long does it take for ur quest to appear in the list with other quests?

That's not what he means. He wants to know when a quest will appear on the Quest Database.
The QDB is not being run by anyone; neither is the main site. The unofficial place to submit quests is HERE in the forums.
