Through the backdoor to the 3rd floor. Aquire the Boss key and go that way.
Need help with Link's Retirement 3?
At the begining of level 8 (from the sand entrance) on the 3rd floor, I used a boss key to the left to go up the stairs to the 4th floor. On the 4th floor I came a accross the guy and gave him bait/bug, not sure what that did. There is also a room with a chest, i used magic mirror to see that it is a boss key, but can't get to it and there is a small statue at the top right of the room, I believe i may need the silver arrow for it, it will open steps in the ground, I can see with the magic mirror. Instead, I ended up walking down through the wall to a room with 2 bombable blocks to proceed through an invisible doorway and then back to take me to other areas, explored further. Did I miss the arrow along the way?
You're getting closer. Look a little closer in the room that required you to give the guy the bug.
I do know that I can walk through the wall on the bottom of the room, then I go down the steps to a room with dinosaurs and a wall to the right that I can't get through? I know it can dissapear b/c the magic mirror shows me. I bet this is where I get the silver arrow. Please help. Do I need another Big Bomb? If so where is it?

I only ever got 2 superbombs and 1 was used in the well and the other was used on the Tropics entrance to level 8. Where can I buy or find superbombs?
There should be another on the 4th floor. Reflect some fireballs.
Ok, so I beat level 8. I got the clock right before I beat the boss. Don't even know what it did for me. I didn't get a Heart Container? I have an extra superbomb now, wonder If i needed to use it somewhere?
Is temple of time considered Level 9? I am stuck in the temple of time. I got a Heart piece but I don't know what to do now?
Does this game have the other 2 crystals (dins fire and the shield?)

The temple of time is level 9 if you find the entrance, you will know.

I am in level 9, in the top left room where the 4 corners have statues shooting fireballs. I can see with the magic mirro that the top left is a portal. How do I make it appear? I tried everything...
Try reflecting the fireballs.

Ok, I am almost done with the basement on Level 9. Before I go through the boss door to leave, how do I get the Superbomb that is sitting in the water, 2 rooms over from where I got the boss key? Do I need it?
It wouldn't hurt. Get it by using whistle.

Rocksfan, can you please give me some hints how to get out of the basement of lvl 9. i have been trying for a week. The enemies are too tough, black wisrobes, and black darknuts. PLease help.
Go through the maze like area, take the path, start looking for walk through walls. When you come to a room with statues on the top accross lava, look for some in there. From that room, you need the boss key in a room west of it.
Eventually you will find a boss door that leads up.
On the basement, i kill all enemies, black wisrobes, and black darknuts and etc.
i never get the boss key for go upstairs.
where is this key ?

That superbomb that is sitting in the water in the basement, the flute does not get it for me. Do I have to fall to it or do I have to do something else?
i have gotten back to the first floor, but i die each time in the first room on that floor. Each time i get sent bact to the begining of the basement. You should really consider making that room a starting point, and not sending peple back to the begining. If you die here without a potion, it's almost impossible to get out.
Here's a hint. Once you get back to the first floor and step on the yellow and get healed. Go back up the stairs to the temple of time, then go back down to the first floor of Level 9. Doing this will cause it to place you on the 1st floor every time you die now instead of the basement.
legitny: No. Beat the enemies, then start blowing the whistle in places.
I did beat all the enemies, except for the 1 Blue and 2 Red flashy things that take your sword away or give it back. You can't kill them. Do you know the room I mean, it is one of the last rooms you go to before leaving the basement in level 9. I have to climb down a short step/ladder in the middle of the room with water and the superbomb sitting on the water. Can't get it.
I have looked further into it and have noticed that there is in fact no way to get it. I missed the flag to allow the floor to change. You won't need it. It's an extra. You'll need one later on, but you'll have one by then.
please i don't find the master key...
in the basement.. so impossible to go upstair!

If you've found the the door that it goes to it, you're going the right way. Go to the west and the key is in a room that has 2 blocks and a pit that you need to cross.
