Did you download the zc program, or just a quest? You need the player to play quests. Get a new file, and the old link should pop up. Press the player's "a" key (default left alt) and select th .qst file. You can't get it out of a zip with the player.
Right-click on a zip and select extract all to get the stuff out..
I you don't know how to unzip a file from a zip the term is "extract". If that doesn't help try a different program like the free IZArc
