I've seen Link jumping off ledges in the screenshots for some quests. How do I make this happen in my quest? I know that there's some Link tiles for him jumping (so says the section of Quest>Graphics>Sprites>Link), but there are no tiles for that! So how do I make him jump? Do I set tiles in the blank area on page 0 of the tilesheet? And if that works, is there a combo type that allows Link to jump off ledges?

It's a feature that hasn't been completed yet. Supposedly it's for Roc Feather/Cape as well as ledges.
Ignore it for now.

In which quests?, I think they made it with some small cutscenes
it's a very tricky process that I still don't fully understand, but I do know that it requires multiple screens and combo cycling

It MAY appear on 2.11, you should ignore them.
It's not hard to do, you use cycling combos and 2 screens.
at the top of the cliff Link insta warps to the screen with the cycling combo link and a timed warp insta warps him back to the bottom of the cliff.
