Well think I know what I did. When I went to Shadow Mnt. I must have used a key or 2 from 7. So will have to do ,my best to go back to Shadow Mnt. and get the 1 or 2 I used there. See what I can do.

I just went back through 7 where I had been and there are no keys as far as I've been in there. So will go back to S.H/
Sorry I'm having to work off 2 computers when I have the other one. So I just sent you a message that doesn't show up on my computer, but I meant go back to Shadow Tomb and gather there a few keys, since I think I used some from 7 there.
Well I went back through Shadow Tomb to, should have been keys there if I used my L7 keys there. Haven't found the boss key there, or can't get into the room with bigger bats, that has 2 blue white blocks in the way, and there's a staircase there I can see, but can't move the 2 blocks. Maybe that's the boss key, but found no others here. Can't beleive I'm being so dopey.

I had better explain level 8 to you. It actually crosses over both the light and dark worlds. The red level which you have mostly explored is only half of the full level. You have probably done as much as you can in this level, but you can eventually make your way into the light world and tackle the other part. You have to make your way through the red level and emerge on the ledge in the graveyard that you can't get to otherwise and take the warp there.
As for keys though, check in the red level by diving in water and looking under tombstones. That may give you the keys you need to go back and finish level 7. They have to be there somewhere.
Found one there, went back to 7. Went and killed thedragon again, used my key . Went to a few more rooms up there before it brings you back around, and found nothing. Did I miss something. Found the room with the 4 bats, and placed the 4 blocks, I swear I have found nothing here.
By the way, every time I save, when I go back, and go into level, I can't see where I've been before. The map I guess,(or Compass) It doesn't save where I've been. Know what I mean.
The map not saving is a 2.10 issue. I am pretty sure that has been fixed on the 2.11 betas. If you went up, you should find a room full of armost statues, the ones that come alive when you touch them. To the left is a guy who gives you a major clue. To the right is where you should head to find the boss key. You are close to the end.
But all I have gotten in L7 is the flippers I think. Get confused with age.
Hubby wants to know where the hookshot is, I can't remember. Been up to many hours on this.
Was it in 5. I need some sleep
Level 7: You got the flippers and the level 2 bracelet (glove). You must have it to get that far in the level. You can't push those boulders without the glove.
The hookshot was in level 6.
Okay yeah, I do have the Glove to, guess L2 Bracelet threw me off. Just doesn't seem like I've been through all the rooms/ Will go grab the boos key and bust some heads. But maybe in the morning. Gotta sleep tonight.

Hi, back at it. LV 7- I have been to all rooms I can get to. There are some I cannot seem to find. 2 are: from entrance 2 rooms up then the 2 rooms east I cannot get into. Then the upper right hand side 5 or 6 rooms.
I know where I have to use the boss key but haven't found it either. Help. There are also stairs in Mountain Pass that I can't move the block out of the way

OK, here is a little more detail on level 7. First off, there is a guy who tells you where the boss key is. He tells you to dive in the room next to where the triforce piece is. Go as far up as you can and dive in water. The boss key is hidden there.
Once you find the key, go through the boss door and you will make your way to the right, into the two rooms you haven't been to yet. You will find a stairway that leads to the upper part that you haven't been to yet, the boss area.
As for the mountain pass, the only block I think you are talking about is the one in the way when you emerge from the first stairwell. If you have the cross amulet, don't go back in there. You have the flippers, don't waste your time. There is nothing else there.

Right now I'm in a room next to the spiked floor and I pushed the block into position, then could move 3 forward, but still can't get through, bombed, whistled, shot arrows, used my hammer. Please give me a hint here, I can't go back
Also for hubby, needs a guide to bommerrang in LV5, I know what room, but can't remember how I got there, I think I came through a passage. Also the boomerrang that you can buy, is this the same fire bommerrang that you get in 5

In the room with the rocks: If three can go forward, why not push the top one and the bottom one to the right, and then push the middle up or down to pave the way? You can do the same to the next group of rocks (the three moveable ones are in a different spot) to get to the right room.
The boomerang you see in a shop is the level 2 boomerang. The one in level 6 is the level 3. Find a room with Dodongos (the bomb eaters) and look for a stairwell there to get to the right room.

I'm in a room where I killed enemies ( down below there is a locked door to the left) I was diving till I died. There is a key in there somewhere,, Isn't there??? I Hope

Well since you just figured out diving, don't forget to use my clues on level 8 from before. Be sure to do some diving in water and check under tombstones for some keys you might have missed the first time through 8. Also, look for a hidden pass on the ledge that you emrge onto in the light world between the two parts of this level. You may find a secret there if you search hard enough. Good luck.
