How do you change the color of the subscreen?

goto quest->graphics->misc colors. you can select it there.

I ddin't know you could do that, well that'll help memake my subscreens more interesting. WAs this a new feature added to zc 2.10?
Is the colors by using the main pallete? Can you change it?
It's been around since 1.90 (at least).
