Have come across a bug, moth, skitter, or piss ant, which
ever you want but after taking a ride to the medical center
and wandering to different rooms upon entering one near
the place where the target is located and going thru the door to the left, the screen turns red. You need to reset the machine to play again. Then after gomig into a few rooms
and going into the left rooms it turns red again and shuts
down. Hung up you might say.

What version are you playing it in? It was made and tested in version 1.92 build 183, it probably should also be played in that version. Some of the quests I made that worked in that version had problems with warps in newer versions.

I also found a bug in the Medical Center. One of the enemies that holds a key in there gave me two. It's one of the tribbles I believe.
I found a bug with the starting point in level 1 I start in the corner.
