I just beat it! All I have to say is WOW freedom. Very enjoyable. I like the end of the bonus level. Thanks for this great quest!

No, it's a spider in Chamber 7 that says "When in doubt, Burn Baby Burn!" Yes, I've done a little peeking ahead.
Chamber 6 is the one where two bats near the entrance ask you to kill the boss and offer you either a Heart Container or a new sword as payment for the job. The northern door in the entrance room is shut, as is the northern door of the room immediately to the east of the entrance (which is inhabited by a lone Fire Wizzrobe or whatever this particular variant is). One room east of that is the room with the sword. I WANT that sword. NOW. But it'll have to wait until I can get to the boss...which will have to wait until I figure out how to get past these freakin' rooms!
did you find the silver arrow in level 5
you need that and hit the big skulls to open the door 😊
Tried it. Didn't work. Though that might have been because I was shooting at them from the sides...so I shot them from below. That worked.
And now that I've seen the Chamber 6 boss, I really, REALLY want that sword! And the mirror shield. And the red mail. I think I remember reading about those in this very topic. I don't need any specific number of Heart Containers to get that sword, do I?
Oh, and I've found a Magic Container. I've seen another chest, but I'm completely out of keys. Plus, it seems like the only places I can go are the area near the entrance and the area near the boss. A wee bit of a tip, please? 😃

Yes, and I found nothing. No stairs, no keys, no cash, nothing. Maybe I'm just not looking behind the right candles...
and maybe the stairs appears after you hit something fiirst in the screen , to trigger the candle

Whew...finished the quest. Pretty perplexing little bugger, it was. The bonus level was quite fun, and the ending...well, Link obviously has terribly misplaced priorities!
Great quest overall. I'm thinking I should go rate it now.

i am stuck in lvl 4 cause i can't find the boss key, on teh previous post it says i need to bomb a wall to map the C shape map into a less C. I still can't find which outer map to be bomb. I believe i bomb all sides but none seems to open a way? can anyone help me to pin point which wall to be bomb thanks.
In the middle right there are two empty spaces ( that what makes it look like a C )
enter the first open space by bombing the right wall from the screen left to it
great now i am stuckin lvl 6 i got the mirror shield and thats all i think i did manage to head bang on the room on second bottom on the left bottom of map that lead to the top right part near the boss room but i can seem to open the door, one room to the right from boss room. I also can't find and extra key to open chest in the middle left. help please.
maybe you need to be a little more rough with the walls and just try to blow them instead of knocking your head against them

How do you get to level 9, I must be stupid. Can only find a Ferry and the med man in the graveyard.
In the grave yard go to the last screen up , there are some rocks use your sword and walk to the grave it will open
Were's the boss key in level 3.
from start one screen to the right and 3 up push a skull
I pushed all the skull and it didn't move, I also have the Level 1 bracelet.
do you need the level 2, if yes where do you get it.
sorry my fault you need to hit the left up skull with your sword and then the right down skull goes away and the passage way is open

Not sure what you me, where do I do this, their are no blocks on the amulet screen. I've made A lot fo progress on Level 6, havn't found the bomb secret though, but I've open like 4 or 5 chest. No Boss Key yet either.
Pushing the block opens a secret passage leading you to the amulet. 😉
