Don't you hate it when

you're in the middle of working on a quest, and all of a sudden you can't load it to finish working on it?

I would assume that's a reason they added a backup option to Zquest, so it saves backups of your quest. I'm turning that option on, so I'd suggest everyone else do to, so you don't lose anything.
