Update Utility Request?

Does any one know if there's by chance a update utility to update quest to 2.10?

I would hope that such an "update" utility would exist. I've heard some things about old quests being opened in the new versions having the wrong enemies or something? I know in the past we had a simple zquest "update" version that you just opened your quest in and saved it once.
