Apparantly it's russian.

What I got from an online translator was this:

The die абсолютнаяа freedom of human will knowing their lives was ым service!

I know no Russian, so I can't really take a stab at what the missing words are, or how accurate it all is.

Umm..After reading what Orion posted. My guess is, "People who die for freedom will know there lives were in good service"

Seems alright. Maybe a little off.
