If you've ever watched SouthPark, you might remember one of the episodes where it's Kyle's birthday, and he gets to go to Casa Bonita, a restaurant in Denver. Cartman, dispite being a friend, is not invited, and chaos contines.
(I have that episode hosted here. Just in case you wanted to watch it sometime 😉 )
Anyway, I had the opportunity to see this place IRL. Oh my gawd!!

The front of the place. The fountain was beautiful and full of yellow water. Must have been the mexicans.

I wish I had a picture of these guys from the top. These were the cliff divers in the bottom of the cliff. They would jump like piggy backing each other, and all I could think of was 'liability'!!

Black Barts Cave!! Oohh Scary!!!

Some of the scary shit in Black Bart's Cave. In fact, it was really really dark in there, and this is w/ my camera's flash. The sign said 'may be too scary for children 1 - 5' and when we were in there, these fucking girls like age 8 were screaming the entire time.

Puppet Shows!!!

Mariachi Singers!! OMG!!

Don't fucking think about it, girlfriend.

<<DIES>>

Just more shit in the place. Back and down to the left was where you could get your photo taken w/ a costume on.

"More Soppapillas Please!!"

A breathtaking look at a pink building.

Inside. That's my sister and brother in law. Again, Self explanitory.
Can't beat that food, kids. In fact, the food was pretty good for the place. I am currently using this picture for my gay personals ads.

Awesome! The treasure room, full of candy.
And the best part: I didn't have to lock Butters in a bomb shelter :kawaii:
Casa Bonita!!
Holy shit. That's really all I can say. Cartman's exquisite malice gives me chills. The things he did in that ep... just to go to a fucking restaurant... well, I'm downloading right now.
"So was it all worth it?"
"Totally!"
I thought they made that place up. Pretty cool.
yowser. i had no idea that place was real
Haha I didn't know it was real either. That's awesome. I should make a pilgrimage there.
I've been there before. I actually used to live nearby, but then we moved. don't they have water shows or something like that? with people diving and doing tricks in the water? it's been a while, so I can't really remember
I do remember that their food was really good, though
I've always wanted to go to Casa Bonita... Lucky bastard... 😉
Is Black Bart's cave really that scary? Now I REALLY want to go. 😃
Fucking awesome. Are they actually aware of the South Park episode?
