Not off the top of my head, but I can deduce it's from Dreamcast thanks to the logo being all over the guys body. Is that enough? It's either that or he's from Kuru Kuru Kururin, that most bizarre but cool of GBA games.

Yes, I miss the old regular smileys that don't look sick like they have the yellow fever. Actually, I don't use smileys much, and those I used, I stopped using since we got the new set after the upgrade. With or without shadow, they're plain ugly.
