Basic 2nd Released

This quest is an exact remake of the second LOZ quest, except for the graphics.
Same items & weapons, same enemies in the same places and in the same numbers, and all locations are the same.
There is tall grass and bushes added which will make collecting hearts and rupies easier, other then that the game play should be exactly the same.

This quest is unpassworded, and level 4 cheat is set to "t4" if it gets too tough for you

Here are some screenshots of the final release.
The quest is located on Elise's Forum, and I won't be uploading it anywhere else since it's a remake quest.

(I knocked this out in 5 days so no whining)

Well, this is a very nice remake you've got here. Superb graphics. But there are a few secrets that don't go.... the cave by the seaside, that has 30 rupees (one screen to the Northeast of level 3), doesn't bomb, when you bomb it you hear the secret sound, but the opening doesn't appear. The same thing happens when you try to burn into the Bait Shop two screens below.

Also, may I ask, why do the Fairies have green hair?

Thanks for pointing out the two bugs, I'll try and track them down and fix them.
The fairies....
well, I used the Mr. Z's pure release 2 palettes and tiles, so they are what they are, I didn't change any of that.
In most cases I just put graphics right in place of the original tiles, and didn't even paint the screens.
The mountains are painted on layer 1 right over the original mountains, so that's why the bomholes aren't opening, they are covered and I just missed the flags when I painted over the mountains, many of the little trees are that way too, the colored ones are on layer 1.

Like I said, I knocked it out in 5 days, just because I wanted it and wanted a break from working on my other quest.

EDIT; bugs fixed and new version uploaded.
thanks again Foxx.
