Holy shit. My niece was born at 1 lb. 13 oz. and that was stressful enough, not knowing whether she would make it. But 12 oz. that's really something. And considerring how much good shape she's in, no doubt a miracle...

It's always funny to see someone with big hands, like a Basketball player, and compare that to a premature baby. His fingers can be is big as the baby's legs or even his whol body.

Wow, I was about 10 -11 lbs I believe or I could be completely wrong. By the way, I gave blood today which means I just gave to the Red Cross more than what that baby weighs (16 oz). Amazing...

My best friend's baby weighed 2.5 lbs when she was born, 3 months early. Karen's brother-in-law put his wedding ring on her arm and it went all the way up to her armpit. Kylie is here now, and she's about 10lbs or so, 5 months later. 😛
